I used to think persecution was feeling embarrassed in restaurants because I thought people were staring at me when I prayed before a meal. In my thinking, persecution was when Hollywood made preachers look stupid in movies, always the buffoon or forever the bad guy. I have been encouraged by the Christians of Pakistan that remain faithful and joyful, forever hopeful in the midst of real persecution.

  1. im constantly encouraged by the persecuted church around the world. Have you ever read “voice of the martyer” magazine. If not i think you would like it.   2. This is the type of photography and commentary that has real value. It has caused me to reconsider why I take pictures and how I can best serve God and humanity through the medium. Thanks for sharing Gary, I appreciate what it is you’re doing.
