I’m heading back to India soon…to a land where hospitality is of tantamount importance. No visitor is left without a garland, pungent flower necklaces hung around each neck. Masala tea, sweetened to the point of syrup, is poured out by the gallons. Handshakes are firm and accompanied with smiles and eye-to eye contact. In other words, guests are important in the culture of India. You can’t leave India and feel un-appreciated. I’ll be heading back soon and look forward to new friendships and images.
